Manuel Antonio National Park is one of Costa Rica’s most famous natural treasures. Known for its stunning white-sand beaches, lush rainforests, and abundant wildlife, this park is a must-visit during your stay. You’ll have the chance to spot sloths, monkeys, tropical birds, and more as you hike the park’s scenic trails or relax by the crystal-clear waters. Whether you’re seeking adventure or a peaceful connection with nature, Manuel Antonio offers an unforgettable experience.

Nauyaca Waterfall is a must during your time in Costa Rica! Just a short trip from Dominical, this awe-inspiring natural wonder features two magnificent tiers of cascading water, creating the perfect setting for swimming, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the rainforest. The experience is nothing short of magical—making it a highlight of your retreat adventure!

The Location

Our private retreat center is nestled in the jungle just outside Dominical, a soulful surf town on Costa Rica’s southwest coast. You’ll rise with the sounds of howler monkeys and fall asleep to the rhythm of the ocean. This sacred land is held by powerful natural elements—sun, sea, jungle, and waterfalls—creating the ideal setting for deep energetic clearing and realignment.

    Tasha Mae

    Retreat Creator, Plant Medicine Facilitator & Intuitive Guide

    Tasha is the visionary behind RESET — a retreat born from over a decade of experience leading transformational, nature-centered retreats across the globe. Her work is a sacred blend of plant medicine facilitation, energetic healing, and earth-based wisdom, rooted in deep presence and love.

    She is known not only for her skill in holding safe, expansive spaces, but for her ability to weave healing through song, silence, and subtle energy — often creating transformation simply through her grounded, heart-led presence.

    Tasha’s presence is gentle yet powerful — she holds space for each participant to remember who they are beneath the noise, and to reconnect with their truest, most vibrant self.

    Bodywork Practitioner & Chinese Medicine Guide

    Emily is a passionate healer and intuitive practitioner with a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chi Gong, and somatic bodywork. Her sessions blend ancient wisdom with deep energetic presence, offering each guest a personalized experience of release, regulation, and restoration. At RESET, Emily leads Chi Gong practices, offers insightful Chinese Medicine teachings, and facilitates bodywork sessions that may include cupping, acupuncture, and craniosacral therapy — all designed to support nervous system balance and inner harmony.

As a certified Kambo practitioner, she facilitates powerful, heart-centered ceremonies that support detoxification and energetic clearing. Her Meridian Yoga classes are a dynamic fusion of Eastern energy medicine and intuitive movement, designed to awaken the body’s natural healing pathways. With roots in Ayurveda, Marely weaves in elemental wisdom and lifestyle insights to help each participant reconnect with balance, vitality, and their true nature. Her presence is both grounding and luminous — a steady guide for deep transformation.

Deposit + Payment Plan

Reserve your place in the RESET Retreat with a non-refundable $500 deposit, ensuring your spot in this intimate retreat experience. After your deposit, you can choose a flexible payment plan to spread the remaining balance over manageable installments—making your journey to Costa Rica both accessible and stress-free.

  • To keep the experience intimate and deeply nourishing, RESET is intentionally limited to 6–8 participants. This small group ensures personalized attention, strong community connection, and spaciousness for your own process.


  • Your investment includes:

    • 7 days of daily yoga, qigong, and meditation

    • 1 plant medicine ceremony and Kambo session

    • A deeply restorative bodywork session (cupping, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy)

    • 2 guided excursions (Nauyaca Waterfall + Manuel Antonio National Park)

    • Daily downtime to rest, reflect, and integrate (this is why it’s called a RESET)

    • Airport transfers in Costa Rica

    • 3 nourishing, chef-prepared meals per day

    • Beautiful accommodations (shared or private)

  • Flights to and from Costa Rica, travel insurance, and any additional bodywork or personal excursions not listed in the itinerary.

  • Flights are not included in the retreat price. Please book your flight to arrive in San José, Costa Rica (SJO) on February 5th, ideally before 12 PM to allow time to clear immigration. Our private driver will pick up the group at the airport between 2–3 PM and bring everyone to the retreat center.
    For departure, group transportation will return to the airport on February 11th. Please schedule your departing flight for after 1 PM to ensure plenty of time for check-in and security.

  • Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels, whether you’re brand new or experienced. Everything will be guided with care and adapted to your needs.

  • Participation in ceremonies is optional. You’ll be supported to make the choices that feel aligned for you.

  • Costa Rica is known for being one of the safest and most welcoming countries in Central America. We’ll also provide a detailed travel guide to help you prepare.

  • A detailed packing list will be sent after registration, but essentials include light, breathable clothing, a bathing suit, and comfortable shoes for excursions.

  • Absolutely. Many participants join solo—and this retreat is intentionally designed to help you feel instantly supported and connected within a small, heart-centered group.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Your commitment to working together is binding. I do not offer refunds for classes, events, trainings, retreats and 1: 1 work with me. I am here to guide you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested.  When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door.  It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing and committing to work with me that I am the right guide for you.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you. 

 There are no refunds for any classes, events, trainings, retreats and 1:1 work with me.
